The ICONS programme creates a platform that facilitates innovative thinking and provides access to capabilities, resources and networks that can support this kind of thinking. The ICON programme believes that it is endowing young people to perform laudable and exceptional feats by leveraging on their passion for innovation.

An ICON is a model, symbol, embodiment that is universally recognized to be representative of something influential-that’s the endgame of the ICON programme, make Nigerian youths an embodiment universally recognized as people of influence.

The ICONS programme aims to inspire and equip youths with the zeal to work for themselves and for the community. The program believes that positive change is only possible when you live boldly, taking responsibility for finding your unique role in making the world a better place.

The ICONS programme aims to disseminate: best practices for success in high-impact careers, frameworks and methodologies that help emerging professionals identify their unique role within the ecosystem of social & cultural innovation and the stories of those who have built careers that are both right for them and good for the world. The Programme features include workshops and keynote speeches, an interactive online platform, practical training sessions which employs the use of our dedicated ICONS workbook & interactive game system, Become an ICON: Reclaiming your Purpose study booklet, an interactive & engaging online platform.
